DEBT CONSOLIDATION
The majority of equal housing lenders can offer many Americans homeowners loan that can alleviate most of the stress and worry with debt. However, I must say that once you are out of this debt, do not go back into debt. The debt consolidation loan is designed for you to SAVE money not SPEND.

REMEMBER: The average American today does not own:

· A Home
· An Emergency Fund
· Life Insurance
· Investments
· Their own Business

DISCOVERING MY OWN BUSINESS
The first thing we need to do is define the word: Discover. The definition of Discover is: To find out or come upon anything for the first time.

I've asked many people the question: In starting your own business what difference can you make that someone else is not making? While still competing with other businesses in the same field.

THE ANSWER: I do not know.

In starting a business, being in competition with other business like yours with the same products. You have got to offer something different to your consumer that your competitor is not doing, or you could possibly do it batter than they can.

The next statement I’ll make is:

"Find a business that EVERYONE needs and EVERYONE cannot live without it."

If you do not discover a new technique first you will be lost in the shuffle of which the consumer wishes to purchase from.

For example, everyone needs the:

· Medical
· Legal
· Computers
· Financial (depending on what product)
· Postal
· Tax preparers

Many Americans (5%) have gone out of their way to discover their own business in one of these major fields. Working for an employer is great! Working for yourself is better!!

· You are your own boss
· You work when you want to work
· You write your own paycheck
· You set your own goals
· You take vacations and not field trips
· You barbecue on Monday and not traditional days

After the discovery is made, then continuing education comes in and says:

· We've got the niche now let us work to continue to make it better.

REMEMBER: One of the most successful things you can do in business for yourself are continuing making the consumer your No. 1 goal in consumer satisfaction. If your client isn't happy, they will find someone who will make them happy.

FINALLY, I have to say that God is our savior who gives us all the witty ideas and creations beyond our wildest dreams. He deserves all the credit for he is the creator.

Do not let any Man or Woman:

· Talk you out or put you down
· Steal
· Rob you of your dreams and goals
